Produced by Trinidad-based producer Kevin Perkins, the story of Wait in Vain is carried by a chill lo-fi hiphop rhythm, memorable Reggae guitar strumming, and soulful melody lines—setting the scene for falling in love with not just a person, but with the world that surrounds us.
